Soribada’s major shareholder changes to ISPC

[THE INVESTOR] Soribada (053110) announced on Aug. 10 that the firm’s major shareholder has changed to ISPC Ltd. from Blue Investment and two other shareholders.

ISPC Ltd. now owns 2,006,689 shares (5.71 percent) in Soribada.
