S Polytech to sell its Chinese subsidiary

[THE INVESTOR] S Polytech (050760) said on Aug. 10 that it has decided to sell its Chinese subsidiary to Beijing-based corporates.

The firm was offered 15.1 billion won (US$13.9 million) in payment which amounts to 33.08 percent of the firm’s capital.
