[DISCLOSURE] ED (033110) said on Aug. 5 that it will acquire 1,848,429 shares worth 5 billion won (US$4.50 million) issued by its affiliate Hankook Technology (053590) for capital increase.

This amounts to 20.69 percent of its equity capital, raising its stake to 20.08 percent (7,632,256 shares).
