[DISCLOSURE] AT Technology (073570) announced on Aug.4 that it will issue convertible bonds worth 3 billion won (US$2.69 million) and offer them to EverCvery to raise capital. 

The conversion price is 2,893 won and the conversion period is between Aug. 4, 2017 and July 4, 2019. 

The coupon rate and maturity rate both stands at 2 percent and expires Aug. 4, 2019.
