[THE INVESTOR] South Korean Internet giant
Naver will build its second head office building adjacent to the current headquarters in Bundang, Gyeonggi Province.
The company said on Aug. 3 it plans to start the construction within the year on a 120,000 square-meter site that it purchased from the city government for 123.5 billion won (US$111 million) back in 2014.

The first-phase construction includes building eight floors above the ground and seven below, and expansion works are expected to be carried out in phases.
The company’s current headquarters, called Green Factory, was established in 2010 on a 60,600 square-meter site. It consists of 28 floors above the ground and seven below.
