[DISCLOSURE] C-TRI (047920) announced on July 27 that it will issue 10 billion won (US$8.8 million) worth of bonds with warrants to raise capital. The interest rate is 1.0 percent. 

The exercising price is 8,180 won and the maturity date is July 28, 2019.
