Sports Seoul to list extra 2.09m shares

[DISCLOSURE] Sports Seoul (039670) will issue 2,095,332 shares in addition to be exchanged into privately placed convertible bonds, which will be listed on July 29.

The price per share is 1,909 won (US$1.68).
