[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Motor (005380) announced on July 26 that it will pay interim dividends on both common and preferred shares. The dividend will be 1,000 won (US$0.88) per share, with the total amount reaching 268.65 billion won. 

The rate stands at 0.7 percent and the record date is June 30.
