Playwith acquires CB worth W613.6m

[DISCLOSURE] Playwith (023770) announced on July 25 that it has acquired privately placed convertible bonds worth 613.6 million won (US$539,000), before its expiration.

The firm purchased the bonds on bondholders’ request for advanced redemption and will proceed to retire them.
