Somang Cosmetics cancels merger with KGC LifeNGine

[DISCLOSURE] Somang Cosmetics announced on July 22 that its merger with KGC LifeNGine has been canceled. Both companies are subsidiaries of tobacco and ginseng company KT&G (033780) which owns a 98.49 percent stake in Somang and a 100 percent stake in KGC.
