    Hanp (066110) announced on July 20 that it has undertaken a capital increase through a third-party share allocation for SL Innovations.The newly issued 2.17 million shares worth 20 billion won (US$17.51 million) will be listed on Oct. 14. Also, it will issue convertible bonds worth 10 billion won and offer them to SL Innovations.

[DISCLOSURE] Hanp (066110) announced on July 20 that it has undertaken a capital increase through a third-party share allocation for SL Innovations.

The newly issued 2.17 million shares worth 20 billion won (US$17.51 million) will be listed on Oct. 14. Also, it will issue convertible bonds worth 10 billion won and offer them to SL Innovations.
