Toptec exercises conversion rights on 1.05m shares

[DISCLOSURE] Toptec (108230) has exercised its conversion rights on 1.05 million shares, the company announced on July 19. The conversion price will be 10,450 won (US$9.20) per share and amounts to 11 billion won in total. The maturity date is Aug. 2.
