[DISCLOSURE] The Korea Exchange announced on July 19 that it will be formally designating Shinhoo (066430) as a firm with negligent disclosure practices. 

Previously, Shinhoo was issued penalty points for failing to meet disclosure standards over the past one year. A final decision on the designation will be reached before Aug.11.
