CJ CGV CEO acquires additional common shares

[DISCLOSURE] CJ CGV (079160) announced on July 19 that CEO Seo Jung has purchased 1,020 additional shares of the company’s common stock at 88,496 won (US$77.67) per share. Seo’s stake in CJ’s multiplex cinema chain remains at 0.02 percent.
