Namuga to invest US$10m in Chinese subsidiary

[DISCLOSURE] Namuga (190510) announced on July 15 that it will acquire the entire stocks worth 11.4 billion won (US$10.06 million) issued by its Suzhou affiliate for capital increase, and will own 100 percent stake of the camera module manufacturing subsidiary.
