Liveplex to acquire real estate worth US$36m

[DISCLOSURE] Liveplex (050120) announced on July 13 that it will acquire land and building in Seoul for 40.7 billion won (US$35.58 million) from Peyto for stability and efficiency in asset management, it announced on July 13. This amounts to 73.17 percent of its equity capital.
