[DISCLOSURE] Neungyule Education (053290) will sell 855,784 shares of its own for 5.55 billion won (US$4.85 million) in an after-hours block deal on July 14, it announced on July 13, to dispose of its own shares within the time limit set by a stock option and to secure investment funds.
