SGA Solutions to acquire Cape's CB worth US$4m

[DISCLOSURE] SGA Solutions (184230) announced on July 13 that it will acquire convertible bonds worth 5 billion won (US$4.37 million) issued by Cape Industry (064820). This amounts to 15.8 percent of its equity capital. Cape is a vessel engine parts manufacturer.
