Minwise's trust contract for repurchase expires

[DISCLOSURE] Minwise (214180) will terminate its 4 billion won (US$3.47 million) trust contract with Shinhan Investment for repurchase due to expiration, it announced on July 12. After the expiry the company will take back 109,597 shares of its own and cash.
