SI Resources' largest shareholder changes

[DISCLOSURE] SI Resources (065420) announced on July 12 that its largest shareholder has changed to Lee Chang-hwan from DM Metal as they signed a 10.8 billion won (US$9.4 million) stock transfer agreement for 2.7 million shares. Lee owns 15.79 percent stake (7.9 million shares) of the company.
