KEC Holdings to increase stake in KEEC to 34.77%

[DISCLOSURE] KEC Holdings (006200) announced on July 11 that it will acquire 10,431,440 shares of its subsidiary KEEC for 8.1 billion won (US$7 million), increasing its stake to 34.77 percent, to maintain management control and stake.
