Shinsung ENG (104110) will guarantee a 5 billion won (US$4.4 million) debt of its affiliate Shinsung FA (104120), it announced on July 11. This amounts to 8.5 percent of its equity capital.Shinsung Solar Energy (011930) will also guarantee a 6 billion won (US$5.2 million) debt of its affiliate Shinsung FA (104120), it announced on July 11. This amounts to 9.66 percent of its equity capital.

[DISCLOSURE] Shinsung ENG (104110) will guarantee a 5 billion won (US$4.4 million) debt of its affiliate Shinsung FA (104120), it announced on July 11. This amounts to 8.5 percent of its equity capital.
