Woongjin Energy to raise capital by US$75.6m

[DISCLOSURE] Woongjin Energy (103130) has decided on an 87.3 billion won (US$75.6 million) capital increase to finance equipment and operations, it announced on July 8. It will issue 11.8 million stocks and offer first to existing shareholders. The listing date is Oct. 20.
