Softmax to raise capital by US$0.9m

[DISCLOSURE] Softmax (052190) has decided on a 1 billion won (US$865,426) capital increase with third party allotment, it announced on July 8. It will issue 141,442 shares and offer to W Holding Company’s investment association No.8. The listing date is July 29.
