Wave Electronics to issue CB worth US$4.3m

[DISCLOSURE] Wave Electronics (095270) will issue convertible bonds worth 5 billion won (US$4.3 million) for private offering to finance operations, it announced on July 7. The conversion period is between July 11, 2017 and June 11, 2020.
