Ehwa Technologies Information to acquire major stake of Cell Bios

[DISCLOSURE] Ehwa Technologies Information (024810) will acquire 3 million shares (42.32 percent) of Cell Bios for 1.5 billion won (US$1.3 million) to secure new growth engine, it announced on July 6. This amounts to 2.48 percent of its equity capital.
