[DISCLOSURE] Huons Global (084110) announced on July 5 that it will purchase 3 million shares (50.89 percent) of its affiliate Huons at 96,061 won (US$83.68) each, to qualify as its holding company. Huons Global will own 51.82 percent of the pharmaceutical company.
