Dayou Winia to increase capital by US$44.4m

[DISCLOSURE] Dayou A-Tech (002880) announced on July 4 that its subsidiary Dayou Winia has decided on a paid-in capital increase worth 51 billion won (US$44.4 million) for operations and equipment.

The company will issue 7.5 million shares for public subscription at 6,800 won each.
