[DISCLOSURE] DSK (109740) announced on July 1 that it has purchased 1.1 million shares of its subsidiary Protox for 8.3 billion won (US$7.2 million). This amounts to 20.02 percent of its equity capital. DSK now owns 52.61 percent stake (3,332,263 shares).
