Dongbang Ship Machinery to merge Dongbang Shipbuilding

[DISCLOSURE] Dongbang Ship Machinery (099410) announced on July 1 that it will merge with its wholly owned subsidiary Dongbang Shipbuilding at 1:0 ratio for management efficiency. The due date for the merger is Sept. 5.
