Hulims changes company name, names new CEO

[DISCLOSURE] Hulims (051980) will change its name to Nextbio Holdings to diversify its businesses, the transport network developer announced on June 30.

In a separate statement, the firm said it has named Jo Seung-yeon as its new CEO due to the resignation of former CEO Im Ho.
