Samsung Pharma to issue new stocks for US$34.1m capital increase

[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Pharmaceutical (001360) announced on June 30 that it has decided on a 39.5 billion won (US$34.1 million) capital increase to finance equipment and operations. It will issue 9 million stocks and offer first to existing shareholders.
