[DISCLOSURE] Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (042660) denied media reports saying it is seeking to sell its well-performing business to Samsung Heavy Industries (010140), in a statement on June 30, in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry. It is seeking to establish additional plans to turn itself around despite the worsening conditions, it added.
