[DISCLOSURE] Samhwa Networks (046390) will terminate its 1 billion won (US$863,558) trust contract with NH Investment & Securities for repurchase early for more efficient capital management, it announced on June 29. After the mid-contract termination the company will take back its own shares and cash.
