Korea Resources Investment & Development (033430) announced on June 29 that its largest shareholder has changed to Hangang Holdings from JK Enterprise by participating in capital increase with third party allotment. Hangang Holdings now owns 21.33 percent stake of the overseas mineral and resource developer.
