KG Inicis to sell stocks worth US$15m to participate in Payco

[DISCLOSURE] KG Inicis (035600) will sell 1,329,005 shares of its own for 17.7 billion won (US$15 million) in an after-hours block deal to participate in Payco O2O business, it announced on June 28. Payco is a payment service provided by NHN Entertainment (181710).
