Sewon to guarantee US$22m debt of Sewon America

[DISCLOSURE] Sewon (024830) will guarantee a 26 billion won (US$22 million) debt of its affiliate Sewon America, the auto parts company announced on June 28. This amounts to 14.5 percent of its equity capital.
