    Korean Reinsurance reports 19% drop in operating profits
    Korean Reinsurance (003690) reported on June 28 that in May it posted sales of 59.5 billion won (US$50 million), with 39.5 billion in operating profit and 32.9 billion won net profit. The monthly sales was a 23.1 percent increase from the same period last year but the profits decreased by 19 percent and 14.1 percent, respectively.

[DISCLOSURE] Korean Reinsurance (003690) reported on June 28 that in May it posted sales of 59.5 billion won (US$50 million), with 39.5 billion in operating profit and 32.9 billion won net profit. The monthly sales was a 23.1 percent increase from the same period last year but the profits decreased by 19 percent and 14.1 percent, respectively.
