Gmp to issue stocks for US$36.4m capital increase

[DISCLOSURE] Gmp (018290) will issue stocks worth 43 billion won (US$36.4 million) for capital increase to finance equipment, operations and others, it announced on June 28. It will offer 15,377,330 shares at 2,800 won each to its shareholders and the listing date is Sept. 13.
