    Central City, an affiliate of Shinsegae (004170), has become the largest shareholder of Seoul Express Bus Terminal by purchasing 16.67 percent stake for 165.8 billion won (US$141.4 million), it announced on June 24. It now owns 64.96 percent (2,491,950 shares) of the bus terminal.

[DISCLOSURE] Central City, an affiliate of Shinsegae (004170), has become the largest shareholder of Seoul Express Bus Terminal by purchasing 16.67 percent stake for 165.8 billion won (US$141.4 million), it announced on June 24. It now owns 64.96 percent (2,491,950 shares) of the bus terminal.
