[DISCLOSURE] IDIS Holdings (054800) has acquired 156,740 (1.01 percent) of Kortek (052330), it announced on June 23. The digital solutions provider now owns 4.97 million shares of the industrial display manufacturer, increasing the stake to 31.91 percent.
