Haengnam China to take over 0.3m shares of Coma Trade with CB

[DISCLOSURE] Haengnam China (008800) will take over 300,000 shares of Coma Trade from Coma Holdings, it announced on June 23. In return, the chinaware maker will issue convertible bonds worth 5.1 billion won (Us$4.4 million), with a maturity date on June 23, 2019.
