Hicel to issue stocks for US$5.6m capital inrease

[DISCLOSURE] Hicel (066980) will issue new stocks worth 6.5 billion won (US$5.6 million) for capital increase with third party allotment, it announced on June 22. To finance its operations, the company will offer 5,271,695 shares at 500 won each to individuals including its largest shareholder.
