Millennium Seoul Hilton offers Cantonese cuisine

Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Chinese restaurant Taipan has invited two prestigious chefs from Grand Millennium Beijing until April 3. Chefs Liang Zong Can and Zhang Chuan Lei are both seasoned chefs and will lend their culinary expertise to Taipan’s kitchen during their stay. Liang specializes in Cantonese cuisine, referred to as China’s haute cuisine, while Zhng specializes in Chinese barbecue.

Both chefs will introduce creative and mouth-watering dishes to Taipan’s menu, including various barbecued pork and chicken, and roasted duck.

Grand Hilton Seoul ‘Char Siu’ Promotion

Grand Hilton Seoul’s Chinese restaurant Yeohyang presents a Cantonese style roasted pork “Char Siu” promotion until April 30.

Yeohyang will present two set menus, both of which includes char siu special and seafoods along with rice or noodles and dessert. Set menu B serves Cantonese style steak while set menu A serves Cantonese style roasted duck, and it also serves another char siu dish with asparagus and fried sea bream with XO sauce.

The set menus are priced at 110,000 won for set menu A and 150,000 won for set menu B.
