Asiana Airlines has introduced a new menu filled with modern reinterpretations of traditional Korean palace foods, the company said Sunday.

The menu includes items such as steamed beef ribs, marinated grilled beef slices called neobiani and seasoned spring greens. It will be available for flyers in the airline’s First Class Lounge at Incheon International Airport.

According to Asiana Airlines, the spring menu is the first of four seasonal Korean food menus created by the airline to celebrate Visit Korea Year.

Following the spring menu from March to May, the summer menu will be offered from June to August, the autumn line from September to November, and the winter menu from December to February.

Altogether, Asiana flyers will be able to experience 71 different Korean dishes throughout the year, the airline said. Each traditionally inspired dish will be prepared and served in modern styles to make it enjoyable for flyers from both Korea and abroad.
