HYUNDAI-KOICA DREAM CENTER OPENS-- Staff from the Korean Embassy in Vietnam, Hyundai Motor Group, Korea International Cooperation Agency and others cheer at the opening ceremony of the Hyundai-KOICA Dream Center inside Hanoi Industrial Vocational College in Vietnam on Wednesday.
