Zhin Woong-seob (fourth from right), governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, speaks Thursday in a regular breakfast meeting with 22 foreign financial firms operating in Korea. 

At the meeting, the governor urged the CEOs to take more proactive measures to reduce customer complaints and also promised to achieve an improved supervisory environment for domestic and foreign firms.   (FSS)
