The Korean Standards Association, a public organization in charge of establishing industrial standardization, ranked social commerce website WeMakePrice as the top Korean social commerce platform in its annual KS-SQI survey, a service quality index, Thursday.

The KS-SQI index survey was conducted with residents of five major cities, including Seoul, who use the services of the surveyed firms.
WeMakePrice earned 67.2 points, beating its rivals Coupang, which received 65.4 points, and Tmon, with 64.4 points.
WeMakePrice was recognized for its customer service, which includes compensation programs for delivery delays, and its team of WeMakePrice workers devoted to improving consumer satisfaction.
“The consumer satisfaction team actively monitors and handles consumer complaints to cater to the various needs of consumers,” said an official from the social commerce firm, adding “the company will make further efforts to improve its services.”
