In his nearly three decades with the Plaza, Kim has served in every department from marketing, finance and management to food and beverage. He has been credited for placing the hotel at the top in food service among five-star hotels in Korea, according to the hotel.
“I will strive to develop the hotel operations that have been well received by guests for the past 40 years so that service at the Plaza will stand out from other hotels and become a pioneer in the hotel industry of Korea and abroad,” Kim said.
