George Mason University Korea will host an open house event for Korean high school students on Saturday, school officials said.
The school will invite students in second and third year in high school for a campus tour and introduction to the application process at the university, which is part of the Incheon Global Campus.
“We are offering this open house to allow third-year high school students the ability to expand their range of choices for college and second-year students to learn about and prepare for the entrance process,” said Joy Hughes, president of George Mason University Korea.
Students will also get a chance to attend a special lecture by Haley Hyun, Vulnerable Populations Specialist at the U.N.-Asian and Pacific Training Centre for Information and Communication Technology for Development, who will speak on “How to Become Globally Talented: The Role of Global Organizations in the Global Era.”
George Mason University Korea is currently recruiting students for the spring semester of 2015. Students can submit their applications until Jan. 30, 2015.
